Kay-Elle 2011

This is a continuation from my previous post.. Yeah we spent 2 days in Genting and another 2 days in KL! It wont be a long one cuz i didnt snap much pictures when im in KL cuz we were practically shopping, shopping and shopping like the whole day! Reached there early and the first destination was to Park Royal Hotel! Dont get mistaken, its not us staying there, its only Boon Pin and her gf, Wen Yun staying there.. hubby and i just tagged along while the others went to settle stuff somewhere else..

We went mall hopping from Sg. Wang to Lot 10 to Lowyat then to Fahrenheit88 and Pavilion!
my favourite is definitely Pavilion :)
we walked so much till the my foot sores to my butt -_-

first time trying it and hubby said Chai Leng Park's ice kacang tasted so much better.. lol
i personally think its just meh~

the queen for 4days! hohoho~
i've been treated like a queen for 4days long, thanks to hubby boy :D

bread and butter as starter.
mad love the butter! it has garlic, parsley *if im not mistaken* and many other stuff in it!

Shrimp & Salmon Piccata
Grilled Norwegian Salmon topped with shrimp in a lemon caper sauce. Served with rice and fresh vegetables. -RM46.90

salmon was really good and fresh, generous amount of shrimps (as seen in picture) and aromatic rice tastes heavenly!

Shrimp Scampi Pasta
A (very)generous portion of shrimp lightly sauteed with garlic, fresh basil, tomato pesto and a hint of chipotle. Served over linguine and topped with shaved Asiago cheese. - RM31.90

generous amount of shrimps again, large portion and pasta was well cooked! :)

Sour Apple Martini
Finlandia Vodka, DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker and sweet and sour. -RM19.90

yeap, its alcoholic and the smell is overpowering. maybe cuz i dont usually drink :S

went to Sunway Pyramid for shopping too the next day before we head back home.
bought loads of stuff there and i can say its our(hubby and i) favourite mall ever!
btw, the above picture shows some ice hockey match in sunway.. lol


some of you might notice that my birthday is around the corner and hubby and i eventually celebrated it earlier cuz he'll be leaving to KL few days before my birthday (which is yesterday). So this trip is actually my birthday celebration! I've got an all-expenses-paid trip from hubby which includes everything from accommodation to eateries to shopping! this explains why im treated like a queen :p


so yeah this is my birthday presents from hubby, sis and bro!
sis bought me an Anna Sui loose powder
bro bought me a necklace from Singapore
and the rest is from hubby :p


Overall it was a great trip.. Though there's ups and downs along the trip but hey, im still glad to have him by my side.. Its great to experience so many new things with ur loved ones! Thank you so much for everything hun.. You're the bestttttt! xoxo
