baking!~

hhmm..
woke up quite early today..
was walking around after eating my breakfast..
mum asked me y not i bake a cake since u r so free..
*me free??? u gt to b kiddin me*
but.. its kinda interesting since i havent bake cakes for ages ald..
xD
and this time i baked muffins.. all by self.. but of cuz credits to mum as well..
for helping me wit d microwave..
if not i tink my vanilla choco chipz muffins gonna b dark choco*burnt*!
lol

ok let me start wit d recipe..

INGREDIENTS~

250g of wheat flour

200g of caster sugar

250g of butter.. *SCS is d best butter for baking*


4 eggs~

a teaspoon of vanilla essence and chocolate chips~

put d batter into d paper cups.. *looks kinda messy tho.. xD*

add some choco chips on it.. b4 going into d microwave~

...and waalah~ its ready to b served~

was plannin to bake cupcakes..
but end up it kinda look more like muffins..
so nevermind~
janlyn's homemade muffins i'll name it!
tot it would turn out disastrous but it actually turn out better than i expected!
mum said it taste pretty good..
and im now quite good in baking ald~
hohoho~
gonna gave some to my frens tml..
haha..

i only baked 18 muffins..
told my mum im gonna bring 10 to skul tml..
and mum was like WHAT??
er....yea? wats d prob?
she said nevermind and she baked her raisins muffin after tat
lol..
my sis's bday cake is still in d fridge and nw there are two types of muffins..
waiting for us to be eaten..
